Does taking a teleconsult means i dont have to visit the clinic? It largely depends on the symptoms, potential causes, and the necessary treatment for your pet's ailments. The use of a teleconsultation service should not diminish the level of care your pet receives; rather, it should serve as a proactive and awareness tool. While many clients utilize teleconsultations for minor issues that can be resolved with over-the-counter medication and lifestyle/dietary changes, there are cases that demand an in-clinic visit for more thorough diagnostics, such as blood tests, X-rays, and physical examinations. We recommend utilizing the teleconsultation service as a proactive measure and an awareness tool.
